Coming up in March, the Stooges will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Yesterday GreenDay.com posted that lead singer of Green Day, Billie Joe Armstrong will be honoring the Stooges at the awards show.

Other artists being inducted into the hall of fame include Jimmy Cliff, Genesis, The Hollies and ABBA.
